Tools: 9" x 9" baking dish
Ingredients:
1/2 lbs shrimps (head-on shell-on)
2 tbs minced garlic
2 tbs butter
1 tbs rice wine
1 tsp salt
Steps:
- Cut off the pointy edge on shrimp heads and clean shrimps thoroughly.
- Put shrimps in baking dish.
- Mix all ingredients into shrimps.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
